Wildlife Garden Directory – Advertising Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Wildlife Garden Directory! The Wildlife Garden Directory is an online directory of wildlife gardeners in the UK. These Advertising Terms of Service outline the rules and regulations for the use of our advertising services.

By accessing our advertising services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our advertising services.

1. Advertising Criteria

We only accept advertising from ethical and wildlife-friendly businesses that align with our target audience’s interests. We reserve the right to reject any advertising that does not meet our criteria.

2. Payment Terms

Advertisers are required to pay a monthly fee for their banner advert placement on the Wildlife Garden Directory. The fee will be agreed upon by both parties by email. Advertisers must sign up for a minimum of six months. After the initial six-month period, the agreement will automatically renew each month until cancelled by either party. Advertisers must provide at least one month’s notice before cancelling their advertising agreement.

3. Advertisement Placement

Banner adverts will be displayed above and below search results on the Directory to maximize visibility. They will be rotated with no more than 5 other adverts. The exact placement of advertisements may vary depending on website layout and design updates.

4. Advertisement Content

Advertisers are responsible for providing suitable advertisement content, including images and text. All advertisement content must comply with our Advertising Criteria and must not contain any misleading or false information. You agree not to use the Wildlife Garden Directory or its Advertising Services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. We are able to help with the design of your advert for a small one-off fee. 5. Liability

While we strive to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of advertisements, we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use or inability to use our advertising services.

6. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Advertising Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. You will be notified of any changes by email. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our advertising services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
