Gardens and Plants

Gardens and Plants is a family-owned business in Bedfordshire, founded by myself, Jan Browning and my husband, Howard.

I have over twenty five years experience in different areas of horticulture, including several RHS medals for show displays, including a silver-gilt at The Chelsea Flower Show.

By importing concepts and ideas from around the world we have discovered how important soil is to the health of a garden. Regenerative gardening is the latest term for the practice of allowing nature to look after the garden and we have been adopting these practices into our designs for many years.

My plant knowledge, garden design skills and home interior design knowledge complement Howard’s practical mind, structural eye for design, drawing, planning and project management skills. I think we make an excellent team!
