Nook Rewilding
About
Following my passion for supporting wildlife in gardens. Designing and creating habitats to encourage, house and feed your local wildlife.
No matter the size or type of garden space you have, you have room to support biodiversity. Even a small window planter, can encourage minibeasts and bees, a small garden can encourage birds, hedgehogs and a whole host of wildlife. A larger garden can be a whole biodiverse ecosystem to house and encourage critters and creatures of all shapes and sizes.
From a young age I have grown to have a love of all Wildlife, from watching the foxes play in my grandma's garden, to helping her rehabilitate garden birds, and encourage nature to her garden with an abundance of plants from foxgloves and buddlia to roses and herbs.
Then as I got older being a part of my local nature watch groups, volunteering in a hedgehog rescue and helping with the rehabilitation of other wildlife such as foxes. I am now a wildlife trust rewilding and conservation volunteer, and after a long career in a different sector I felt the need to return to rebuilding habitats and looking after wildlife.
With a clear fully enhanced dbs check on the update system, experience from a young age and having returned to university to study conservation, rewilding and horticulture, whilst continuing as a wildlife trust volunteer, you're in safe hands.
I offer design and installation service of wildlife areas into your garden, no matter how small of a space you have. From full gardens to little nooks. I install the smaller areas, after design, and although I can fully oversee and manage the bigger projects, I source out to trusted and reliable others to help complete the bigger tasks.
