I am a qualified Chartered Landscape Architect with over 35 years of varied commercial experience in design, construction, project management, landscape and ecological planning and management.

I like to specialise in ‘designed ecology’ or ecologically responsible design that blends aesthetic design with a sustainable and lower maintenance approach to design and long-term management.

My design solutions consider our changing climate and dwindling resources and are therefore often the most cost effective whilst also being attractive, wildlife friendly and of high pollination value.

I was part of the Natural Environment Team at Dorset Council and finished full time employment as Landscape Services Manager with Dorset.
I am currently self employed carrying out a range of free lance landscape planning work for the public and private sectors. I also undertake garden design work where I like to work with experienced landscape contractors to implement my schemes.
